Terms of Use

Our Services

We offer consultations in kundli reading, kundli matching, vastu, numerology, gemstone recommendation, dosh nivaran puja and remedies, and dowsing healing — online, by phone call or Zoom. Details of each service are on its page under Services.

All services are guidance based on traditional practices. They do not guarantee any result and are not medical, legal or financial advice (see Disclaimer).

Who Can Book

You must be 18 or older to book. A parent or legal guardian may book a reading for a child.

Booking and Your Details

• Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp, phone or email once a time slot is agreed.
• Readings depend on the date, time and place of birth you share. Please check them carefully — we are not responsible for readings based on incorrect details.
• If you do not know your exact birth time, tell us before the consultation.

Fees and Payment

• The fee and duration are told to you before booking. A 1:1 consultation is ₹1100 for 30–40 minutes.
• Payment is made in advance through a Razorpay payment link shared on WhatsApp, unless agreed otherwise.
• Prices may change, but a confirmed booking keeps its agreed fee.

Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refunds

• No refunds: Consultation fees are not refundable.
• If you cannot make it: Tell us on WhatsApp and your session will be rescheduled to another slot.
• If we need to cancel: Your session will be moved to a new slot of your choice.
• After the consultation: You receive a written summary of the key points and remedies on WhatsApp.

Puja and Remedies

• Remedies are suggested only after your chart is studied. Following them is your choice.
• Pujas are arranged online. The date, fee and what is included are confirmed before booking.
• A puja is a religious ritual. Its effect is a matter of faith and is not guaranteed.

Gemstones

We recommend gemstones based on your chart. You are free to buy from any seller you trust. If you order a gemstone through us, the stone, weight, price, certificate details and delivery are confirmed with you before you pay. If you buy elsewhere, that seller is responsible for the stone's quality, certificate, price and returns.

Dowsing Healing

Dowsing healing, done as a distance session, is a complementary energy practice. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment.

Respectful Conduct

We keep every consultation respectful and confidential and expect the same from you. We may decline or end a consultation that becomes abusive, or a request we believe is harmful to you or someone else.

Recording

Please ask before recording a phone or Zoom consultation. We do not record consultations without telling you.
